Patient-facing
Talks to patients · always keeps a human in the loop
📅
Recall & Reminder Clerk
Retention · No-shows
Keeps the chair full — confirms tomorrow's appointments before they quietly become
no-shows, and chases the patients who are overdue for a check-up.
- Reminder sequence ahead of every appointment
- 6-month check-up and treatment recalls
- Offers freed slots to the waiting list
What it's worthCITED
≈ ₹17,000 / month
On a clinic booking 220 appointments a month at ₹2,200 each. Mobile reminders lift
attendance from 67.8% to 78.6% across 7 trials and 5,841 patients; systematic recall adds 8
percentage points across 55 studies. We then subtract the patients who'd have rebooked anyway.
Your clinic's number will differ — the calculator uses your figures.
NEEDS · appointment book access · WhatsApp/SMS
🩺
Patient Care Companion
Follow-up · Adherence
Checks in after visits, reminds patients to take their medication, and asks how
they're doing — so problems surface early instead of in an emergency chair.
- Post-procedure check-ins at 24 and 72 hours
- Medication reminders and adherence follow-ups
- Hears out worries; flags anything concerning to you
What it's worthNOT PRICED
Clinically evidenced · not in rupees
A randomised trial of 638 extraction patients found structured phone follow-up
surfaced inflammatory complications in 15.7% of cases versus 30.7% under usual care — caught
earlier, not fewer. Separately, 18.7–74% of Indian patients don't take medication as prescribed,
and reminders measurably improve that. No study converts either into rupees, so we don't.
NEEDS · patient list + WhatsApp · consent to contact
Safe by design: it reminds and listens — never diagnoses, never changes a
medication. Red flags go straight to your clinician, and are logged.
💬
Front-Desk Concierge
Intake · Bookings
Answers the questions every caller asks, around the clock — so an inquiry doesn't go
cold because the line was busy or the clinic was shut.
- Instant first reply, 24/7, in your clinic's voice
- Timings, services, pricing, directions
- Books appointments; routes real questions to staff
What it's worthNOT PRICED
We'll measure it in week one
Every "35–40% of clinic calls go unanswered" figure in circulation traces back to
vendor marketing with no study behind it — we went looking and couldn't find one. Rather than
repeat it, this agent starts by counting your actual missed inquiries. Then the value is
your number, not ours.

Reputation Manager
Reviews · Growth
Keeps your rating working for you — drafting a reply to every review and putting the
unhappy ones in front of you the same day.
- Drafts an on-brand reply to each new review
- Escalates negative reviews immediately
- Invites satisfied patients to leave a rating
What it's worthCITED
≈ 2.4% of new patients per 1-star review
An analysis of 1.12 million new-patient appointments found a single 1-star review cut
new-patient volume by 2.3–2.6%, still measurable 16 weeks later. That's US data and we
haven't found an Indian equivalent — so we give you the percentage, not a rupee figure.

Back office
Never talks to patients · works from your records
📊
Team Supervisor
Ops · Workload
Collects each staff member's updates through the day and tells you who's overloaded,
who's free, and where work is stuck — without a single standup.
- Short check-ins from staff at set times
- Daily workload read; weekly trends and bottlenecks
- Each person sees only their own summary
What it's worthOUR ESTIMATE
≈ ₹1,500 / month
Deliberately small. Six hours a week of chasing updates, of which we assume the agent
absorbs about 60%, valued at ₹95/hour — the going rate for Indian clinic front-desk staff across
four salary sources. The 60% is our judgement, not a finding. The real value here is
knowing who's drowning; we can't price that.

📋
Claims Assistant
Billing · Insurance
Gets claims out clean the first time — assembling the paperwork and catching the small
errors that send them back weeks later.
- Assembles claim documents per case
- Checks for missing fields and common rejection causes
- Flags anything unusual for a human to decide
What it's worthNOT PRICED
Depends entirely on your rejection rate
We found no credible published rejection-rate data for Indian dental claims, and the
value swings enormously between practices. If you know what share of your claims come back, that
number tells you more than anything we could put here.
NEEDS · billing system access · insurer formats
Leadership
Reports to the owner only
🗞️
Owner's Chief of Staff
Reporting · Oversight
Tells you how the practice is actually running when you're not standing in it — and
what genuinely needs your decision today.
- Morning brief to your WhatsApp
- Weekly summary; what needs you, ranked
- Pulls from every other agent's work
What it's worthNOT PRICED
Included — don't buy for this alone
Better-informed owners presumably make better calls, but we have nothing to measure
that with, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. It costs us almost nothing to run once the
other agents are working, so it comes with them.
NEEDS · nothing new — reads the others' output
Start with one hire you can actually measure
Look at the cards again: only one agent carries a defensible rupee figure — the Recall &
Reminder Clerk, because appointment reminders are the one thing here with randomised trials behind
them. That makes it the obvious first hire, and the honest one.
On a clinic booking 220 appointments a month it comes to roughly ₹17,000 against ₹12,000 paid —
about ₹1.50 back for every rupee. Not a transformation; a defensible margin, on the conservative end of
the published evidence. Run your own figures and it may be better or worse.
Add the Patient Care Companion alongside it if follow-up matters to you clinically — just don't
buy it on a rupee promise we can't support. Everything else is worth adding once the first two have
produced numbers from your own practice.
How hiring works
01
Recruit
Pick the agents you want. Each is set up in your clinic's own private workspace — nothing shared with another practice.
02
Onboard
We connect it to what it needs — your appointment book, your WhatsApp, your price list — and teach it your clinic's voice.
03
Deploy
It starts the job on a schedule, in your channels. Nobody has to prompt it or watch it.
04
Stay in control
You set the budget and what needs approval. Nothing reaches a patient outside your rules. Re-scope or dismiss any agent anytime.
The figures above are projections, not results. Where we cite a study, we've used the
conservative end of it — and where the strongest evidence came from Indian dental teaching hospitals
(which have far worse attendance than private practice), we set it aside in favour of the more modest
global finding. The rupee amounts assume a clinic booking 220 appointments a month at ₹2,200 each;
yours will differ. One number here is measured rather than projected: ₹0.25 per patient
interaction, metered in our own runs. Everything else becomes real only when it runs against your
appointment book — which is the entire purpose of the paid 30-day pilot (₹25,000 setup, then
₹8,000–15,000 per clinic per month). Agents touching patients, money or clinical matters always keep a
human in the loop.
